server rules:
no KOS obviously, it means no kill on sight, dont just shoot someone. you can shoot someone if; someone is robbing you, you're robbing someone and they put up a fight, or if you're a cop and you see a crime being committed.
no offline raiding: give people a chance to fight back, this is also to avoid people building mega bases that lag the server. rule does not apply to the pvp zone, which includes seattle, and the areas around olympia marked by the border.
no server raiding/trolling
